With over 12 years of coaching experience, Jordan brings an infectious energy and deep expertise to the cheer and tumbling world. Having directed a tumbling program, coached high-level gymnastics, and trained both athletes and coaches at Woodward Camps, Jordan has also honed skills as a personal trainer for F45. This diverse background fuels a passion for proper tumbling progression, technical training, muscle development, and building confidence and consistency in athletes. As a key contributor at this conference, Jordan is thrilled to share knowledge and connect with everyone to elevate their tumbling game.  You gain hands on coaching experience with Coach Jordan this August in Atlanta!

Tameka Bright, known as #YourFavoriteEmcee, is here to empower, inform, and inspire — all while keeping it fabulously fun! She's a dynamic radio host and emcee who energizes crowds as the announcer for the Fayetteville Woodpeckers, the Houston Astros’ Single-A affiliate, and the Carolina Crew, a semi-pro UPSL all-girls soccer team. But even more, she not only hypes up audiences for Rise Productions and other top event producers, she always makes sure every athlete is reminded of their value and uniqueness. Shes a Purpose Driven and Passion Focused thought leader who's bringing her years of youth mentorship to the Rise Conference in August! @tamekabright

Meet Carissa, our Founder and CEO. She has been involved in the competitive cheerleading industry for over 20 years as an athlete, coach, program director, judge, and choreographer for both D1 and D2 programs. Her central focus is to create a more impactful cheerleading environments and to help others do the same. She consciously strives to teach participants about leadership, leaving them feeling empowered and successful. She specializes in branding, creating and implementing systems for success, and pin pointing practical solutions.
